1. Squeeze a small amount of cream in hand from the tube
2. Cream should be applied on belly, thighs, buttocks and breasts (not if you are breastfeeding). Not to be applied on the caesarean scar.
3. The cream is non-greasy so you don't have to wait for it to dry. Just get dressed.
